Good morning my friend! Happy Tuesday, hope you’re having a great time just as much as I’m doing during this summer.
I’m sure you know today is time for another appointment with Unpublished.
The images I picked out for you come from a set back in 2023. My friend Lorenzo, who’s a great photographer (you probably remember I spoke about him in this post) invited me to a workshop about continuous lighting.
To be fair, I’m not a fan of that particular way of using light. I prefer flashes. However, if you ask me why, I really can’t tell. It’s just a feeling.
I used to use constant light in the past, at the very beginning of my photographic journey. I believed it could help me understand better where shadows would be and to evaluate my exposure. But, with time, I completely switched my preference towards strobes. And that is what I almost exclusively use at the moment.
That said, the model for the workshop was Isabella, whom I managed to meet again for another beautiful set later that year.
Overall, I can say it was a nice experience, like all the workshops I attended, to be honest.
